FAQs

  • There is no monthly commitment. You can cancel at anytime. However, in order to reach your skincare goals, it is crucial to stay consistent in your monthly treatments!

  • All appointments require a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling notice. Otherwise, a $25 cancelation fee will be processed. If you no-show, the card on file will be charged a $50 fee.

  • In the event a member misses their monthly treatment, there will be no exceptions for credit to use towards other services or products. Treatments do not roll over.

  • Your monthly payment for the membership cannot be used on a product(s) to replace your monthly treatment.

  • Only one treatment per month is recommended. Brooke recommends treatments to be done no sooner than 4-6 weeks apart.

  • The member on the contract is the only one that can receive their monthly treatment.
