Brooke is an AZ native, born and raised in Chandler. Her interest and passion for skincare began around her senior year of high school and into freshman year of college. During this time, she was dealing with nodular and cystic acne…Painful, emotionally and mentally tolling to say the least!

Growing up, Brooke made countless visits to the dermatologist, spent hundreds of dollars on topical creams and oral medications (thanks Mom and Dad!) which came with a lot trial and error. If you know Brooke, you know she’ll do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of something. Who would’ve thought that a quick visit to the doctors office would end in Brooke being introduced to an Esthetician? She was more hopeful than ever, excited and ready to get the help that she wanted from the very beginning.

When Brooke would come home from college, she would always look forward to seeing her esthetician for skincare treatments. Karen, her esthetician, was a role model and inspiration that lead her to pursue Esthetics.

While Brooke was approaching the start of senior year in college, she decided to follow her heart and begin her journey to skincare. After dealing with her own skin struggles, it motivated her to go to school and help others feel and look their best, inside and out.

She finally felt like she found her calling. After a few weeks of arriving back in AZ, she enrolled to IMAj Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. Although she only intended in getting her esthetics license, Brooke grew an interest in the laser program at her school. In the blink of an eye, Brooke was graduating from IMAj Institute as a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Medical Laser Technician. With the help of her amazing instructors, she was well on her way to becoming a skincare specialist.

While attending IMAj Institute, Brooke had always dreamed of owning her own skincare business. However, she knew she needed to work a few years in the industry to get her feet wet. Her plan was to continue educating herself, learn the ins and outs of her work environment and get some training under her belt before making the big move. After graduating, Brooke worked at a Med Spa in the Phoenix area and became the top requested esthetician. She gained an ample amount of training, made connections with highly respected skincare reps and learned a variety of facial and laser devices.

There came a time when Brooke wanted to get experience in a more professional setting. She began a new journey at a dermatology office in North Scottsdale working under one of the top Dermatologists in Arizona as an Esthetician and Laser Technician.

As most could imagine, Brooke walked away from both jobs with an abundance of knowledge that she continues to put towards her own business to this day. After 2 1/2 years of working in the industry, Brooke was more than ready to get out on her own. Her dreams of owning her own skincare business were starting to come true.

With all said and done, Desert Dream Esthetics’ doors officially opened January of 2022. Business has continued to grow more and more each year. Brooke is grateful, appreciative and thankful for each and every client that walks through her door. She wouldn’t be where she is today without YOU.
